Arbitrations

• Represented co-owners in contentious 11-day JAMS arbitration involving valuable Newport Beach commercial property, resulting in award of more than $1.5 million and affirmation of client rights.

• Successfully defended clients in a multi-month JAMS arbitration with $15 million at stake; all claims denied, clients awarded $2.3 million in attorney fees and costs.

​

• Defended real estate fund in $30 million breach of fiduciary duty arbitration.

​

• Obtained award of specific performance in JAMS arbitration to enforce tenant-in-common investment agreement.

​

• Appellate counsel in Acquire II, Ltd. v. Colton Real Estate Group (2013) 213 Cal.App.4th 959, enforcing multiple arbitration agreements.

• Obtained 11–1 defense jury verdict on breach of guaranty action involving over $7.7 million and secured attorney fee award.

• Won $2.3 million jury verdict for Plaintiff in a commercial lease breach action.

​
